Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) within a private care home in the Greater London area, you will be responsible for supporting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents while ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are delivered. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RGN) within this care home setting, you will be responsible for meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents while delivering safe and effective nursing care.

You will help maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents with a variety of health needs, using your clinical judgement to make important care decisions. Your responsibilities will include creating and reviewing personalised care plans, administering medication safely, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained.

About You

To be suitable for this position, you will require:

Current NMC registration

Strong knowledge of modern clinical practices

Experience developing detailed care plans and conducting risk assessments

Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and medication guidelines
