Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading private mental health service as a Mental Health Nurse within the North London area. Main Duties of the Role
As a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, or RGN with relevant mental health experience), you will provide high-quality care to young people and adults experiencing acute mental health conditions. You will also contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in delivering safe and effective care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to service user
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing individual care plans
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff and colleagues
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in service users’ mental and physical health
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes

You will be responsible for:
